Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount is 25% of the scheduled service total and must be paid at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment and may be adjusted based on the final details of your service.
Please review the following policies carefully:
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
